Im still alive! :D

Ive been baking up a storm since finishing Le Cordon Bleu last fall. It seems like a world away. Ive been happily keeping up on my skills until I can either work for a bakery or start up my own. Ive added a ton of cakes Ive made in the last few months. Im very happy with how my skills have been progressing.

Well, I finished pastry school and Im taking a well deserved break.

To keep up on my skills, Im baking for my neighbors and friends.Its been a great challenge to come up with designs on my own as well as to suit their tastes. Im really enjoying learning outside the classroom developing my own style.

With the holidays coming, there is much baking to be done!! I will keep up showing you all what Ive been making!

Im all done! :D

I just finished up my Externship last friday and it was definitely something else! Now, Im awaiting my graduation ceremony!!

Im going to be slowly getting back into crafting as well as whipping up some of my own creations in the kitchen for you lovely folks! Just saying to all out there, please dont ever believe you cant do something. You -can-....errr..... unless you want to murder/death/kill someone or something equally heinous..you definitely CANT do that.. >___<;;;

You know what I mean though....

Day After Birthday

My birthday was WONDERFUL! I got so many messeges and well-wishes. I feel so loved!! I have been diligently working on that artwork I wanted to share with you all. It just isnt finished yet. I really thought it would be done by my birthday but alas, you know how it goes, you get a new idea and some time and well..Its taken me a -very- long time to put this together so far so Im sure you all dont mind me making it just right <3

I love you all! Thanks for making this a great birthday and the start of an incredibly awesome year!!
